Get Your Club Together for This St. George Golf Trip (12–24 Golfers)
Oct 27, 2026

Built for 12–24 golfers. Great golf courses, ridiculous homes, and a surprisingly reasonable price.
| Bedrooms | Bathrooms | Private Pools | Ideal Golfers |
|---|---|---|---|
| 14 | 14.5 | 2 | 12–24 |
St. George delivers standout golf, dramatic red-rock scenery, and better value than many big-name destinations.
For groups of 12–24, we found a stay that makes the trip even better.
Two large connected homes sit beside Coral Canyon's eighth hole, giving your entire group one exceptional place to stay, play, and unwind.
The two homes combine for roughly 8,200 square feet, 14 bedrooms and 14.5 bathrooms. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Outside, you have two private pools, two hot tubs and two rooftop decks overlooking the golf course. Inside there are two full kitchens, big living areas, Golden Tee and other arcade games, foosball and plenty of room for everyone to hang out after golf.
And You Can Actually Have Your Own Bed
This is the part we like most. A lot of big vacation rentals advertise that they "sleep 30" and then you realize half the group is expected to double up in queen beds. Not the case here.
Between the two homes there are 10 traditional king/queen bedrooms, plus four large bunk rooms with queen, full and twin beds.
Ten guys can take the traditional private bedrooms, while the rest spread out across the four large bunk rooms. And because all 14 bedrooms have their own attached bathroom, you're not putting 20 guys through three showers every morning.
If your group wants to avoid the bunk rooms, and wants even more space, the neighborhood has even more homes, right down the street!
For a country-club group, that setup is hard to beat.
The Golf
The house sits right on Coral Canyon Golf Course, so your first round is a short distance from your bedroom. It's one of the better-value rounds in the area and a very good introduction to Southern Utah golf.

Then we'd build the rest of the trip around Sand Hollow, Copper Rock and The Ledges. Sand Hollow has the "wow" views — the back nine runs along the cliff edge and is the round most first-time visitors remember. Copper Rock is another strong championship course in Hurricane, and The Ledges gives you a completely different look up near Snow Canyon.

A Very Easy 4-Night Itinerary
| Day | Plan |
|---|---|
| Wednesday | Arrive in St. George and check into the house |
| Thursday | Coral Canyon |
| Friday | Copper Rock |
| Saturday | Sand Hollow |
| Sunday | The Ledges (early tee time), then head home |
Or add a fifth night and slow the pace down.
What Does It Cost?
This is where the house gets compelling for a big group. The published rate for the entire two-house property ranges from about $900 to $3,200 per night before taxes and fees, depending heavily on the dates.
Spring: March and early April are prime golf season and can be expensive. April weekends can run roughly $1,700–$3,200 per night, while May often gets noticeably cheaper, with many nights around $1,100–$2,100.
Summer: If your group doesn't mind the heat — and plays early — this is where there can be serious value. July and August can have a lot of nights in roughly the $1,000–$2,100 range for the entire property.
Fall: September often runs $1,100–$2,500 before prices climb into the $2,500–$3,200 range for prime October golf. November drops back down outside the busier weekends and holidays.
And remember: that's the price for both houses combined. Once you're splitting the lodging 12, 16, 20 or 24 ways, it becomes a lot more reasonable than you'd probably expect for this kind of setup.
For example: four May nights at $1,100–$2,100 runs about $4,400–$8,400 for the whole property. Split 16 ways, that's roughly $275–$525 per golfer for four nights, before taxes and fees.
Wednesday–Sunday Windows Worth Looking At
- April 7–11, 2027 — Excellent combination of golf weather and lower lodging rates.
- August 25–29, 2027 — One of the better lodging-value windows if the group is comfortable with summer temperatures and early tee times.
- September 8–12, 2027 — A great early-fall option before peak October pricing.
Availability and nightly rates can change as groups book.
Who This Trip Is For
If you've been talking about putting together a trip with 12–24 guys from your country club or a bigger group of buddies, this is exactly the type of destination we'd look at.
You aren't splitting everybody between ten hotel rooms. You have the pools, hot tubs and golf-course views when you get back. Everybody can hang out together at night. Most importantly, you're playing four very good and very different golf courses without paying the type of lodging price you'd see at a major golf resort.
GolfTrip can put the entire thing together — house, golf, and more — and give the group one per-person price.
Interested in getting a group together? Tell us roughly how many guys you'd have and the time of year you're thinking about, or schedule a call, and we'll put some dates and pricing together. The best-value windows tend to go first.
