Black Desert Resort Golf Deal: Save 25% on Select 2026–2027 Stays

If you’ve been considering a golf trip to Black Desert Resort in Southern Utah, we just secured one of the better lodging offers we’ve seen for the property.

For select winter and summer dates, GolfTrip travelers can receive 25% off the Best Available Rate, along with a $100 resort credit per reservation.

The offer requires a three-night minimum stay and is available for stays from November 16, 2026 through February 15, 2027, as well as July 1 through August 31, 2027.

Because many of Black Desert’s accommodations are individually owned, getting a discount at this level isn’t always easy. Outside of these promotional travel windows, GolfTrip guests will still have access to 20% off lodging.

The Black Desert Resort Offer

For eligible GolfTrip bookings, the current offer includes:

  • 25% off Best Available Rate
  • $100 resort credit per reservation
  • 3-night minimum stay
  • Valid November 16, 2026 – February 15, 2027
  • Valid July 1 – August 31, 2027
  • Resort credit is not valid toward golf or golf retail
  • Offer is subject to availability

For groups already considering St. George or Greater Zion, this makes an already compelling golf destination even more attractive.

Why Black Desert Belongs on Your Golf Trip List

Black Desert is built around its Tom Weiskopf-designed championship course, set among the lava fields and red-rock landscape of Southern Utah.

The course is also a PGA TOUR host venue, giving groups the opportunity to play one of the most prominent newer golf destinations in the country. And Black Desert doesn’t have to be the only round on the itinerary. Greater Zion has a strong collection of courses nearby, making it possible to build a multi-round trip without playing the same layout twice.

Beyond golf, Snow Canyon State Park is next door, while Zion National Park is roughly an hour away, giving groups plenty to do away from the course.

Winter Golf in Southern Utah

The winter promotional dates may be especially appealing for golfers looking to escape colder weather.

While many golf destinations farther north are closed or dealing with winter conditions, daytime highs around St. George often reach the 50s and low 60s. Clear skies and low humidity can make late-morning and afternoon rounds comfortable throughout much of the winter.

There’s also a meaningful benefit to staying on property.

For 2027, Black Desert resort guests can book tee times up to 365 days in advance, while non-resort guests only receive a 14-day booking window.

From January 2 through March 11, 2027, the published resort-guest golf rate is $275 per player for 18 holes, compared with $350 for non-resort guests.

For groups planning farther in advance, that booking window alone can make staying at the resort worthwhile.

Black Desert Is Becoming More Than a Golf Resort

Another reason we like Black Desert for groups is that there’s increasingly more to the property than golf.

The resort offers pickleball, wellness experiences, dining and accommodations designed for larger groups. Its Terraces include one-, two- and four-bedroom units with kitchens or kitchenettes, washers and dryers, and shared living and dining spaces.

For a foursome, a four-bedroom Terrace can give everyone their own bedroom while keeping the group together under one roof.

That setup is particularly attractive for buddy trips, couples trips and groups who want something more comfortable and social than booking several separate hotel rooms.

Summer 2027 Brings a New Reason to Visit

Black Desert is also planning to open a five-acre water park in summer 2027 as part of The Cove neighborhood.

Current plans include a wave pool, lazy river running through a rock cave and waterfall, slide tower, kids pools and an adults pool with a bar pavilion.

That could make the July and August promotional window especially interesting for golfers traveling with spouses or families.

The ideal summer schedule is pretty straightforward: play early, then spend the afternoon at the resort.

From July 6 through September 2, 2027, published golf pricing is also structured around the time of day. Resort guests are currently listed at $375 from 7:00–11:00 AM and $275 from 11:01 AM through close.

The planned water park and other future amenities are subject to change.

Is Black Desert Worth the Trip?

For the right group, absolutely.

You’re getting championship golf in one of the most visually unique settings in the country, resort-style accommodations that actually work well for golf groups, and easy access to the rest of the Greater Zion golf scene.

Add in 25% off lodging and a $100 resort credit, and these promotional windows are some of the best times to consider putting a Black Desert trip together.

Let GolfTrip Build Your Black Desert Itinerary

The easiest way to plan Black Desert isn’t to piece together the lodging, tee times and additional courses yourself.

Tell us when you want to travel, how many golfers are coming and what kind of trip you’re looking for, and the GolfTrip team can build out the entire itinerary.

We’ll help coordinate the resort, golf and the rest of the details so your group can focus on the trip itself.
