Here is a detailed program for your group from Wednesday-Sunday. Wednesday: ArrivalThe most convenient way to reach Nemacolin by air is to fly into Pittsburgh International Airport, located just 46 miles from the resort. Renting a car is recommended for the journey to Nemacolin. However, upon arrival, you can simply park your car and the resort will take care of the rest. Once you have settled in, feel free to check out the landscape and familiarize yourself with the property. While doing so, embrace the sense of walking the grounds that many of golf’s biggest icons have done before you.
Thursday: Tee Time at Mystic RockWake up with a quick dip in the resort’s infinity pool and take in the calm before the storm of the renowned PGA-tested Mystic Rock. Designed by Pete Dye, this course sits atop Pennsylvania's Allegheny Mountains, offering expansive views across acres of the Laurel Highlands. Once the stimulating round at Mystic Rock has concluded, stop in one of the many dining options on the property to spoil yourselves with a delicious meal while reminiscing on the highlights of each group member’s round. For the rest of the day, take advantage of the many activities the resort has to offer, such as the thrill-seeking high ropes course as well as indoor axe throwing and cosmic bowling. |
Friday: Tee Time at Shepherd’s Rock
On today’s docket we have the newer course located on the Nemacolin property: Shepherd’s Rock.
Debuting in 2017, Shepherd's Rock is Nemacolin's second course designed by Pete Dye. Known for its brilliant layout, this course offers a perfect balance of challenge and enjoyment for all skill levels.
After emerging victorious at Shepherd’s Rock, head over to Gusto, which features fresh, local ingredients that provides authentic Italian cuisine and wood fired pizzas. Once you have refueled from a challenging day on the course, head over to the Peak for a fine craft beer or cocktail and take in some of the breathtaking views.
Saturday: Tee Time at Mystic Rock
Conclude your luxurious golf experience with a rematch at Mystic Rock for all the glory.
Attempt to out do your last performance, but keep in mind this course can bite you at every turn. This is where the golf trip members become golf trip legends by hitting shots your group will talk about for years to come.
Succeeding your round, have the group take the short shuttle ride over to Lucky Lady Casino. If your group plays their cards right, everyone leaves a winner.
Sunday: Departure
